Through education, preparedness, and local action, we are strengthening community resilience and reducing wildfire risk for everyone living along our section of Old San Jose Road.

Firewise USA® is a national program that helps communities reduce wildfire risk through education, planning, and neighbor-to-neighbor action. OSJ Road Firewise is proud to partner with the Santa Cruz County FireSafe Council and a growing network of local Firewise communities working together to build safer, more resilient neighborhoods throughout the Santa Cruz Mountains.
